Return and Refund Policy at eVerse

Thank you for shopping at eVerse. We are committed to providing you with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return or exchange a product. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns and refunds with eVerse.

Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 03 days from the date of delivery. Direct-delivered products through offline mode and COD  don't support a return policy.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, non-activated, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at +919429691484. Provide your order details, the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence, such as photographs & unboxing video of the product if the product has any physical damage or manufacturing defects.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if necessary.
  • Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the product and include all original accessories and documentation.
  • Ship the product back to us at the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of returns.

3. Refund Options:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 days, and the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refund charges for return will be on a case-to-case basis and may vary from 5-10% on the billing amount. 

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery.
  • We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos, to assess the damage or defect.
  • If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference and product availability. 

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details to request cancellation.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the return process mentioned above will apply.
