Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read this Return & Exchange Policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products that are found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery and meet all of the conditions listed below:
- A complete and uninterrupted video recording of the package opening (unboxing) is mandatory.
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
- The defective or damaged product immediately after opening.
- Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- The return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of successful delivery.
2. Physical Damage & Manufacturing Defects
A product qualifies for exchange only if the defect or physical damage is visible during the mandatory unboxing video.
Any damage, scratches, breakage, missing accessories, or defects reported after the completion of the unboxing video shall be deemed to have occurred after delivery and will not qualify for return or exchange.
3. Products Without Defects
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that are:
- Working as intended.
- Free from manufacturing defects.
- Free from physical damage at the time of delivery.
- Returned due to change of mind, personal preference, or accidental purchase.
4. Bundle Products
If a customer purchases a bundle containing multiple products and only one item is found to be defective, only the defective item will be eligible for replacement or exchange.
The complete bundle cannot be returned or exchanged unless every product within the bundle is confirmed to be defective according to this policy.
5. Software Defects
If a product develops a genuine software-related malfunction after successful delivery, the following conditions shall apply:
- Software defects reported within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the delivery date are eligible for return, replacement, or repair, depending on the nature of the issue and our technical assessment.
- The reported issue must not be caused by unauthorized software modifications, rooting, jailbreaking, accidental damage, third-party firmware, malware, or improper usage.
6. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
After the expiration of the initial 30-day software support period, software-related issues will no longer qualify for return or replacement.
Customers who have purchased an active Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from us will remain eligible for software troubleshooting, maintenance, updates, and applicable software fixes as covered under the terms of their AMC plan.
7. Inspection & Approval
All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and verification by our technical and quality assurance team. We reserve the right to reject any claim that:
- Does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
- Contains incomplete or edited evidence.
- Shows signs of misuse, negligence, unauthorized repair, or accidental damage.
- Is submitted after the applicable claim period.
8. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or exchanges shall not be accepted in the following circumstances:
- Missing or incomplete unboxing video.
- Claims submitted after 7 days for physical defects.
- Physical damage occurring after delivery.
- Products without any manufacturing defect.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by improper handling, liquids, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Software issues reported after 30 days without an active AMC plan.
9. Final Decision
Our decision regarding the eligibility of any return, exchange, repair, or replacement shall be based on the inspection findings and compliance with this policy. We reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our sole discretion in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
